Extremely convenient for business travellers as Algiers International airport is just 7 min drive on a non-busy road network. Moreover, the Algiers Metro line, currently under construction, will be connecting the hotels with Algiers City Center and the airport. The metro station is situated 50 m from the Hotel Complex.

Algiers’s location in North Africa on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea allows for a mild weather system averaging 26°C in July. Caters mainly for business travellers but definitely provides top range leisure & tourism facilities.
The complex features a large High End Shopping Center.

Scope and Deliverables

Contracted initially for a Procurement Management Consultancy for loose FF&E & curtains, febc’s scope has grew exponentially since Nov 2015 to date to cover Artwork, Flooring, Signage, Doors, Metal Structures, and several more additional services. The scope of works covers 1210 keys with over 2200 rooms and F&B Outlets such a a Steakhouse, All Day Dining, Champions Restaurant, Executive Lounge, Bar and Pool Bar, Lounge Area, Great Room, Crew Lounge, Irish Pub with over 1,500 seats. The other facilities include but not limited to Meeting rooms, Retail stores to Swimming Pool/SPA Facilities. febc engaged over 150 suppliers and manufacturers mainly from European countries to obtain the best possible quality for the client.

Our team is engaged in thoroughly checking the FF&E specification packages, interior design drawings and the architectural layouts. In addition febc are heavily involved in coordination between various project entities and numerous suppliers. febc continuosly work with the interior designer in changing, updating the entire design scheme.


febc needed to select all FF&E items meeting the interior designer specs, Marriott’s brand guideline standards and subsequently obtain final approval of the client. febc was then required to finalize all the procurement processes within budget limitation and deliver and handover all goods to Client within the specified timeline.


febc provided the client with a large array of European manufacturers of brand repute, a detailed bid analysis and recommendations. We negotiated successfully on the client’s behalf with the appointed manufacturers. We managed to work closely with the client and were able to get full cooperation from their technical team that enabled us to squeeze the workload to within acceptable timeline. We carried out pre-production inspections and pre-shipment inspections


We achieved a saving from the initial budget for top quality products and services. The procurement process currently ongoing for all the additional scope.
