Concept Brief

The febc team will start with defining and implementing the concept brief. We elaborate a vision brief to transform a physical area into a creative concept bar / lounge. The concept is elaborated further through detailed floor plans drawings, mood boards, furniture designs, décor, equipment and product menus.

Concept Design

The febc team will start with defining and implementing the design. The team will review the existing layout of the site condition based on plans and photos and discuss the brief including overall zoning, programming, and budgeting. Our team will then prepare concept design scheme as defined by the client’s brief.

Brand Development

The febc team will start with defining and implementing the brand development. Brand development is the strategic process of creating and distinguishing the venue’s identity.  We assist the client with strategic analysis (target audience), venue positioning,  menu’s development, programming and opening’s promotions. We support the client to align the brand designation to the concept and defined objectives towards the pre-opening phase.

Activation Support

The febc team will provide activation support for the Grand Opening. We support the client operation with the development of the pre-opening critical path, introduction of dedicated SOP’s, menu planning, promotion activities and opening programming for a smooth and successful transition to the Grand Opening.
