Our core services cover F&B Concepts, Pre-Opening Team, Procurement management and Turnkey Supply. Our offices are located in Asia, Africa, Australia and Europe, we are an international team with a global presence in key hospitality market locations.

Our team of specialists come from all over the world and have a variety of different backgrounds including project management, interior design, procurement, architecture, engineering, manufacturing, construction, marketing and financial services. Over the years we have delivered procurement services to some of the world’s most luxurious hotels, palaces, high-end residential and business units.  febc champions quality, trust and flexibility. We consistently provide our clients with cost-effective solutions while also delivering products and services of the highest standards.

At the center of our business are the relationships we nurture. febc’s hospitality team  are multilingual and have long-standing relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and other partners. This enhances all aspects of the procurement process.

Imad is a veteran in the hotel procurement industry, a dynamic leader and the founding partner of febc, leading the company throughout its 30 years of successful growth. Rooted in an engineering education, Imad takes a revolutionary approach to managing procurement activities in the hospitality sector.
A charismatic gentleman, Imad puts relationships first and has built both an outstanding network of suppliers and service partners and an unparalleled talent-based company which thrives on repeat business.

Alessandro's extensive and varied experience in FF&E procurement has seen him create reputable relationships with suppliers across the world, which in turn enables febc to offer a value-added service to clients, consistently seeking out the best products at the most competitive prices. Combined with his wealth of experience managing projects – whether it’s a large, multi-location project or an intimate boutique property - he uses his buying power and management expertise to consistently deliver results to clients.

Tarek Dajani is the Chief Commercial Officer at febc. With more than 10 years of experience in hospitality, marketing and technology. Tarek is responsible for communicating and executing corporate initiatives. In addition Tarek manages and executes the company’s marketing strategy and development and implementation of febc’s in house technology used to manage projects. His creative mindset and corporate background in project management, finance and marketing facilitate a progressive approach to achieve the firm's vision and objectives.

Stefano heads up our team for Europe and Africa. He specializes in proposing business solutions to potential partners and seeing these opportunities through to engagement. He develops new business relationships by expertly integrating contract requirements with business operations and timelines. Stefano's leadership skills have played a central role in enhancing our organisation's reputation in the market, predominantly by exploring opportunities and identifying the unique ways febc can add value.

Philippe D. de Speville is the Managing Director for at febc. With more than 20 years of experience in Procurement. Philippe headed procurement for a large textile group in Mauritius and has travelled extensively overseas for the sourcing of textiles, raw materials and accessories. In Mauritius, he also established a sourcing base and supply facilities for building materials, and FF&E across Asia. Over the years he has built a strong client base and reputation across Asia and Africa. Philippe is currently leading febc’s expansion in the Indian Ocean through its offices in Mauritius.

Michael Ellis is the President of F&B and Culinary Experiences at febc. With more than 35 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Ellis landed the role of Chief Culinary Officer at Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts in 2018, a position he held for two-and-a-half-years. Ellis was also appointed Global Director of the Michelin Restaurant and Hotel Guides in 2011. During his seven-year tenure he extended the global reach of the guides to 31 editions in 30 countries by including new destinations such as Washington, Seoul and Guangzhou.

Boasting extensive and superlative hotel experience spanning more than 25 years, Simone Stanco is the General Manager – Hospitality at febc group. An innovative and strategic hotelier with a proven track record, Stanco is primarily responsible for the development of febc Group’s hospitality projects, through the management of the pre-opening tasks, Food & Beverage concepts, operations management, SOPs implementation, procurement strategies, branding development and talent acquisitions.
