FEBC International:

The first ISO Certified Hospitality Procurement Company worldwide

We at FEBC International are pleased to announce that we have become the first ISO Certified Hospitality Procurement Company worldwide.

The FEBC team was positioned to bring technological, economical and social improvements to the company. In doing so we managed to obtain several ISO Certifications with accreditations of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 28000 and OHSAS 18001.

This task was challenging and exciting and has not only helped us achieve a huge milestone but strengthened our collaboration to become a stronger close-knit group.


In establishing these high standards that come with being ISO certified, we have revolutionized new approaches to the Hospitality Procurement Management Services, listed certifications as follows.

Becoming the first ISO certified procurement consultants worldwide in our industry is key to the evolution of our business model. It has delivered a clear message that our work is structured, consistent and flexible.

Company’s quality assurance system

ISO 9001: 2008 – Quality Management System,

OHSAS 18001: 2007 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System.


FEBC practices a Quality Assurance System, which is designed to ensure all areas in its delivery of services to the client are in accordance with established procedures laid down by the management. Principals operating regional offices have the obligation of guiding all employees through the company’s procedures to ensure quality of product/service is appropriate to the clients’ requirements. Training is provided to all employees to ensure they understand all procedures. By real awareness of the procedures there can be continuous improvement to quality of services delivered. The ultimate aim is to ensure real client satisfaction with the services rendered.

Company’s environmental policy

ISO 14001: 2004 – Environmental Management System

FEBC practices a companywide environmental policy that is designed to encourage sustainable planning in design and construction. Its main objective is to have environmental improvement and preservation elements introduced into the consciousness of all personnel involved in the projects, which are managed by FEBC.  The environmental policy includes:

  • Maintenance of good environmental practice in all operations and services. This means always having environmental improvement and preservation in mind in all services rendered.
  • Ensure all design consultants under our management comply strictly with relevant environmental legislation and regulations.
  • Always be alert for measures that can be introduced for the prevention of pollution
  • Improvement of environmental performance

Environmental practices are usually combined with work practices. All staff is trained to be fully conscious of environmental improvement and preservation. To this end they will seek to introduce all manner of environmental friendly concepts whenever any activities are planned or carried out. Design consultants under the management of FEBC will also be required to observe similar environmental policies.

Company’s Supply Chain Management System

ISO 28000 : 2007 – Supply Chain Management System

FEBC practices a supply chain management system, including those aspects critical to security assurance of the supply chain. Security managements linked to many other aspects of business management. Aspects include all activities controlled or influenced by FEBC that impact on supply chain security. These other aspects should be considered directly, where and when they have an impact on security management, including transporting these goods along the supply chain.

With this standard, FEBC wishes to establish, implement, maintain and improve its security management system also assure conformance with stated security management policy.
